INGREDIENTS

  • 2lb of Ground Chuck 80/20
  • 10oz bag of Old Vienna Red Hot Riplets
  • 4 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Old Vienna Red Hot Riplet Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1: GET STARTED.

Combine the mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of Old Vienna Red Hot Riplet seasoning and set aside.

Combine hamburger, salt and pepper to taste, Old Vienna Riplet Seasoning and two handfuls of Old Vienna Red Hot Riplets crumbled up. Form 4 hamburgers and season both sides of the burgers with Old Vienna Red Hot Riplet Seasoning.

Step 2: COOK 'EM UP.

Heat your grill or grill pan to a medium-high temperature and cook burgers 4-6 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Toast hamburger buns on the grill.

Spread the Old Vienna Red Hot Riplet mayo on both sides of the toasted buns and top each burger with pepper jack cheese and a handful of Old Vienna Red Hot Riplets.

Serve with the remaining Old Vienna Red Hot Riplets. Enjoy!
